Exchange & Return Policy

For Online order you can return the products immediately(24 HOURS) if you don’t like the item. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
If payment is already done in advance, after we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For Bkash payment it may take 15-20 working days and for Bank payment it may take 20-25 working days.

Exchange:
AVERA exchange policy allows you to exchange any AVERA product purchased online within 02 days of receipt. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.

Note: If there is any problem from our side we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges or Refund otherwise customer has to bear the return shipping expense.
